Interested?

  • The first version of the SoM (with the Z7007S) is in pre-production phase at the moment and will be released to the public early 2025.
  • A development kit will be released early 2025. The design files of this kit will be freely available for reference use.
  • Other versions will be available from mid 2025 on.
  • With the development kit a Yocto Linux example will be available.
  • Altium library files are available on request.
